Shaped Supply Co-op (“Shaped Supply,” “we,” “us”) operates the wholesale showroom at co-op.shapedsupply.com (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Who we are

Shaped Supply is a wholesale co-op that connects independent brands with retail buyers. We are based in San Diego, California. You can reach us at hello@shapedsupply.com.

2. Information we collect

Account & application info — when you apply, we collect your name, email, phone number, business/store or brand name, address, website, and (if provided) resale or tax ID, plus anything you choose to tell us about your business.
Order info — the products, quantities, sizes, requested ship windows, and notes in the wholesale orders you submit.
Messages — anything you send through our contact form or directly to us.
Technical info — basic data your browser sends (such as your IP address) and the session cookies needed to keep you logged in.

We do not collect or process payment-card information on the Platform.

3. How we use your information

To review applications and approve or decline access.
To operate the showroom, route and manage your orders, and communicate with you.
To share order and contact details with the brand you are ordering from, so they can confirm, invoice, and fulfill your order.
To run our business, including calculating commissions owed to us by brands.
To maintain security and comply with the law.

4. How we share your information

With brands on the floor — when you place an order, the relevant brand can see that order and your business contact details in order to fulfill it. Because Shaped Supply is a co-op, sharing your order with the brand is core to how it works.
With service providers — we use trusted vendors to run the Platform (for example, Supabase for our database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting). They process data on our behalf.
For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the showroom and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable measures — including database row-level security — to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by emailing hello@shapedsupply.com. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

7. Children

The Platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
